First of, the service was very good! From the beginning of booking an appt to passing my bike bck to me was all good! I really like this kind of service. Before confirming the appt, they called to check with you regarding about your bike problems. Then they send a quotation through Whatsapp. Then the day for servicing, customer service was good. They were nice, friendly and easy-going people. They are also courteous too! Besides the 3 hrs wait, it was worth the wait actually! Knowing what they do when they service, i say its very good! I love this kind of service and you cn bet i will come back again for another service or any repairs! I strongly recommend to anyone to give it a try for this workshop! They thoroughly check and service your bike! If there is anything tht is a problem, they will inform you. They even clean my bike up which was a surprise for me! Hahah! All in all, the best!
