Friendly from the mechs to frontdesk. Went the extra mile to test for underlying issues and they quoted me relatively good value! Patiently explaining me the issues surfaced and maximum effort to enable me to get my bike asap from Shi Wei and Jacky. Had a last minute request as my bike breakdown in the evening. Texted BHH for help and they replied, provided advice and slot me in for the next day repair even though there was no booking. Bike was repaired and collected almost 1 day later. Fast and good service from Shi Wei and unfortunately i did not know the mechanic's name.
