The staff were very knowledgeable and mostly were able to speak english well, so thats always a great thing! I was served by Firdaus and he was great in terms of following up and answering your queries. Their processing speed and update frequency was also fantastic, and will always ask for your decision on whether to change or repair something, no matter how small it is, with photo proof as well so you can decide on what needs to be done. Price is on the higher side especially for labour cost, but you do get the experience you pay for. Overall had a pleasant experience here.
