Another great service from Shi Wei and her team. I texted her thia morning hoping if there was still appointment slot to send my bike for servicing. Despite the appointment slots were already fully booked, Shi Wei still accomodated with my request. On top of that, I brought along a friend who have trouble firguring out why was his engine warning light still on after servicing. Again, knowing that it was already fully booked, Shi Wei and team still accept his bike to be brought in for check. I have to say BHH have a top-notch customer service staffs.
