Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent service! I have been going to Ban Hock Hin (BHH) for my motorbike repair for the past 2 years. The professionalism from their staff has been nothing short of excellent. BHH offers very high quality repairs. The communication with the front desk staff like Shi Wei makes the process very clear and smooth! Additionally, Shi Wei will really go the extra mile to provide regular updates about the status of my repairs, making the whole repair process a pleasant one! Not to forget Fion, who is a very helpful receptionist. Where needed, Fion will help to settle any remaining admin tasks such as payment and the key return process ensuring I can get back on my bike without delay. Apart from Motorbike repairs, there is a store within BHH where I have purchased Resurgence Jeans and RAM Mounts accessories. With my various purchases, Kakak Aizan has been incredibly knowledgeable and has really helped to provide assurance that I have made the right purchases. As a whole, my experiences with the various staff of BHH really pleasant and excellent! (Kudos also to Jake and Eddie who have previously also helped to tend to my repairs, they are very knowledgeable and patient in their explanations! And of course to the other BHH staff have helped me in one way or another but I have to remember by name!)
