Outstanding service by Jack. I went to BHH and Jack as assigned to liaise with me. I asked for a number of mods to my bike - handle grips, mirrors, pegs, windshield and turn signals. Also had him changed my tyres and battery, and to reposition my IU. My provide the list of parts which I wanted and are all Italian manufactured. He managed to source all the parts for me at a very competitive price. The installation met with a few compatibility issues but he managed to find solutions for all of them. End result is that I collected my bike with all the mods done to my specifications, exactly the way I wanted it.
