An amazing staff greeted me once I parked my bike. He confirmed with me my name, bike number, and the work order for my bike. He than ushered me to the waiting area which other friendly staff greeted me. The Battery replacement took a short time even with the load test being carried out. The health of my old battery was also checked and shown to me. They offered to dispose of my old battery or if I wanted it back. I paid for my new battery and was thanked several times by various staff as I exited. I was also given a CNY lucky draw of which I won an $18 voucher. I would definitely use their services again and recommend BHH to anyone needing their Bike seen to. Great and friendly Staff.
