Responsibilities:
• Assist with the processing of insurance claims, including data entry, documentation, and filing.
• Maintain accurate records of claims and ensure all required documentation is complete and filed appropriately.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and provide updates to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely processing of claims.
• Assist with the insurance sales
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a claims or insurance environment
• Able to effectively communicate with customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / claims reporting systems (plus point)
