Job Description
• Handle day-to-day front desk reception duties
• Perform data entry and administration duties
• Assist with scanning, sorting, photocopying, and filing of documents
• Attend to walk-in customers and answer phone calls
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements:
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service orientated
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
