Had only visited BHH since 2016 and it has become my choice of workshop for outstanding service and workmanship. My purchase of a class 2B motorcycle after riding class 2 motorcycle for awhile was a very positive experience. From day 1, Zil Hakim has channel my queries personally to John from Sales. He did not stop at just channelling my queries but even gave expert advice on what to get and what to expect. Taking into consideration that I am tall and not all 2B bikes may feel comfortable riding on. Hakim has always been the man I look for advice and assistance during and after working hours. Dedicated and passionate staff of yours which I try to mimick at work too. From the same day onwards John took over and personally advice me on the types of bike that I can consider but also gave his recommendation which change my perception on only riding a street bike. He had facilitated the purchasing process very well even assisting me on promotion available for racks and top box. He even took the extra mile to send me websites, articles and photos of the scooter which I have trouble googling for (surprisingly). That had actually made me change my perception and decision to ride a scooter, which I truly appreciate it. Even though he had too go on leave a week or so later, he had channel the process to Shakila seamlessly. Professional advice was shared and given, to make my decision an easier one. Shakila took over the bidding and sales process. She was very proactive and provided prompt updates on my COE bidding and Registration processes. Professional in her ethics and seamless sales and payment transaction. Going the extra service by providing soft copy log card which I have not even ask yet (wanted to get it printed on the collection day). Even taking some photos of the done up bike without even asking. That speaks for itself that she listen and anticipate customer needs or wants. I like to thank all of them and shout out to kakak azian/steph/peter/raymond/natalie who has played a part in making my ""downgrading"" process a seamless and memorable one. They are all the reason I come to Ban Hock Hin and more. In no ways are my comments biased or affiliated and are an honest view of them.
