i don't need to mention about the customer service of all the personnel there especially Jack and the Chief Mechanic. Top notch as mentioned by others.
Instead i would try mentioning other matters not covered instead.
- Once you enter the shop, they will treat you soo well and "atas" with seating area and etc. Then they will say "send quotation" will be sent via whatsapp and then the "chief mechanic" is checking the bike. You will then think it's gonna cost a bomb. But the pricing is extremely resonable. In fact lower than what i expected. 👍
- The chief mechanic really inspects the whole bike rather than just the problems mentioned. I guess they have like a checklist. They identified other issues that i forgot to mention to them. 😀
- They have a standard way of charging for labour. But though way more time was required, they didn't charge me more nor gave a sub standard job (Eg: tuming of the carbarator took an extra DAY more than quoted to me". But the Chief mechanic put his heart to it to ensure it was tuned exactly.
I should have know about you guys 15 Years back. But it's never late. Now, my RVF is gonna be in good hands. I am sure about it. 👌✌👌✌
