First time coming down to Ban Hock Hin after reading great reviews here. And it’s definitely not my last. The service advisor whose name is Jack, was the one who called to help me book an appointment though it’s a last minute arrangement. Since I have not serviced my bike for quite some time, Jack told me that the mechanics will do a thorough check, which they did. And the good thing is, they will recommend to you the necessary things that need to be changed. All you need to do is give your approval once they present the invoice. Jack was very polite and helpful in explaining the diagnosis that was being done to my bike. Price wise, it’s comparable to other workshops. But the service was tip top, which not many others provide. They even cleaned up my bike after servicing, thus save me the time by going for bike wash afterwards. Kudos to the team for the great job 👍. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
