Reserving a service slot was seemless via their website. Within a day, i was approached by Mr Jack Via whatsapp to assist me and provide quotation, during the service I was assisted by shi wei. Both of them and the mechanic team were swift and proactive in getting my bike up and running again. The bike service also came with a bike wash, which was a bonus. Highly recommended!
