Raymond attended to my appointment request promptly and I managed to book one within a day. When I arrived, Jack was already at the workshop waiting for me. He was polite, listened and assisted to my issue. From the start till the end of the duration, everything was smooth and the workshop was able to address my issue. I left the workshop as a happy customer :)
