update - went back in late Jan to install some R&G sliders that I had ordered earlier. Mechanic noticed my rear pads were worn down almost to metal! Decided to change and also did express servicing since I was already there. Again, the customer service is top notch. Fast forward to yesterday, I went back to install my logo decals, which was ordered in Dec 2021 during the spray painting work. This final task would complete my work order, but I can confidently say that I will be back for my regular servicing going forward. Thank you again to Jack and Shi Wei and all staff at Ban Hock Hin. Not forgetting the retail shop "kakaks" who oriented me to the nearest coffee shop and offered coffee while I wait. Well done guys! See you in a couple of months. ------ I had a minor accident and the bike needed some paint repair. went to a few places and checked online but was not convinced. Finally went to BHH and was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the painter. Bike was painted faster than initially quoted and the outcome was fantastic. cant tell any difference from original paint work. thank you ShiWei and Jack for the great service and promptly answering all my queries. well done guys!
