Returned to Ban Hock Hin for repairs and new parts for my Vespa LX150, and left feeling happy that everything was resolved properly as communicated. Ban Hock Hin is customer focussed; assigning the same staff to attend to you so there is a sense of rapport and familiarity. I'm glad to have received consistent good service from Shi Wei and Eddie. Shi Wei follows up with the quotes and explanation of every item listed after the mechanic checks on the bike. She is patient and earnest, and makes sure repairs are carried out and parts ordered only after clear agreement by customer.  Eddie is similarly personable and offers objective advice when sought. A very professional team of staff who take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend Ban Hock Hin without any hesitation.
