This will be a 6 star review. Oops.. maximum can award 5 stars only. So I paste one more star here ⭐ My new SYM bike was ultra problematic since day one. Agent passed the buck to distributor, distributor didn't fix properly. So the problem kept recurring for almost a year. I found BHH through a recommendation. BHH largely solved the electrical problem that the agent and distributor couldn't/didn't want to fix. Before going to BHH, my bike used to die every one or two weeks. It's been a month since I collected bike from BHH. Fingers crossed so far it's ok. Bike still died for no reasons several times, but at least I could still start it and ride. Compared to many other workshops I've been to, BHH is better equipped in terms of equipment as well as organisation. The front end staffs are very friendly and helpful - Jack and Shi Wei. They are also methodical and kiasu (in a good way). Some said their prices are a tad higher. To me, it was reasonable. Because I'm paying for knowledge, expertise and experience, all of these don't come free in life. Moreover, prices are quite transparent, which is not the case with many chop shops if you've been stung before like me. If my friends have a bike problem, I would recommend them - highly.
