Overall, a very positive experience. Firstly, when I just strolled in for a quick enquiry, the response was equally quick to get a quotation from their supplier on the model and size of tyres I needed. Absolutely no hard-shell or pressure. Secondly, the communications on the process, as well as additional (paid) services, on the day of installation was also clear. They only proceeded after giving me a quote, and having my approval to proceed. Whilst the whole process was a little long; about 2.5hrs. I am sure it was worth every minute of by a group of people who are passionate and responsible for their work. Kudos to the team. Eddie and Jack, keep up the fantastic work. Cheers
