There was some electrical problem and my IU was nit working properly. Had to make a last minute call to Jack who so kindly extended his help and assistance. He immediately looked into the electrical problem n the team at BHH isolated the problem due to loose wiring which was not connected properly and due to wear and tear, the connectivity was intermitent. The BHH team also went an extra step to check the health of my battery and realise that it was showing signs of failing. Thank you to Jack and the BHH team for helpibg me to solve my bike problem so quickly. I deeply appreciate it and i can ride in peace now!
