Bike broke down on Mon night. Engaged them to tow my bike to the their workshop as they are the specialist for Adiva AR3. Tow Truck Driver Keith was efficient and updated me on the progress of the towing.  Once bike was towed to the workshop, Jack, the supervisor updated me accordingly and quotation was sent before commencement of the repair work. Quotation was fair and reasonable with Jack explaining to me via whatsapp of what was the issue and diagnose. I then instructed them to proceed with the work on Thurs. Jack notice that i have to use the bike for work and with the help of his team and mechanic Ah Kue, bike was done on Saturday morning with just 2 days turnover for an engine and gearbox overhaul. I was really impressed with the team. Ah Kue also explained to me all the parts changed and advised me how to maintain this bike. Ah Kue was not only experienced but also professional in his field. Last but not least, when i was there to make payment and collection of my bike. Fion was the personnel handling with the payment, she was helpful and patient when my card got declined due to transaction limit and waited for me while i had to spend some time figuring out how to increase my limit using ibanking app. Overall, in this unfortunate event of my bike breakdown, i was fortunate  having Ban Hock Hin Team to repair my bike. From Towing to collection of bike, i am impressed with their service and passion.
