This was not the first time I came here to service my bike. Definitely not my last time either. Jack was really friendly and thoughtful as well. I was just here for my regular service. The previous time I was here to service my bike and Jack notice that my brake had some screeching sound. Jack ask the Technician to fix for me. After a few weeks , there was a slight sound and I already accepted it. However , Jack find it unacceptable and offer to replace the brake at no cost. He feel that it was his responsibility that this was not done properly. I was really touched by their services and professionalism. Thank you BHH. I will definitely patronised the stall again.
