Decided to try Ban Hock based on the great reviews I read and was not disappointed. Jack was very proactive, calling me before the appointment and understanding the service requests more in depth. Based on the diagnosis from the mechanic, Jack kept me updated on the cost of the repair and always sought my approval first; very professional. Workmanship is good but what truly differentiate them is the service and the little attentions. Fion at the counter was so sweet, so professional and welcoming; you usually do not receive this sort of service in a motorcycle workshop and it does make the difference. I’ll service my bikes with them again in the future.
