I had a wonderful experience with BHH, and came away thoroughly impressed with the entire team - Jack, Raymond, Shi Wei, and the mechanic Dony. My motorcycle had to be repaired after an accident, and it came back to me in a better aesthetic and riding condition. E.g. the wires were reinstalled neater, IU was shifted to a better spot, wheels were aligned well. Everything was spotless by the time it was ready for collection. Together with servicing, the ride also felt crisper (than before the accident). I greatly appreciate their handling of the entire process and making it absolutely hassle-free for me. After making an initial report with the insurers, I did not have to lift a finger - only had to collect the bike when it was ready. In perfect condition. Very clearly the team has a strong work ethic and attention to detail, but yet they are always so responsive and cheerful. I only needed to be recommended once - I will definitely be going back to BHH for my future servicing/repair needs.
