Mr Firdaus called me very soon after the booking, to help me arrange a suitable slot, and also listened attentively to my concerns and addressed them. When I arrived at BHH on 1 Oct 2022, Mr Firdaus was there to meet me and take over the motorcycle, again paying very close attention to my concerns. Mr Firdaus then made the necessary checks, gave prompt updates and sought my confirmation before proceeding with an additional repair to address the concern I had brought up. And the express servicing and repair was all done very quickly, surpassing my expectation. BHH has given a very high level of service and attention, same as that given in my last visit. Well done BHH!
