On the 23/12/2022, I bought the bike from the previous owner and on the day itself, it got reversed into by a drunk Porsche driver, decided to private settle but over the 2 weeks, the driver decided to avoid and run from the liability of the damages. The staff Jack, who assisted me during the 2 weeks was very patient and understanding, during this 2 weeks it was a very emotionally draining period of time as I had to chase the drive to settle my repairs at the same time have my day to day responsibilities however Jack was a very outstanding individual who served me and helped me with the best of his abilities, I got my bike back after 2 weeks in the best condition that it could be because of Jack’s hardwork, no words can express my gratitude to him and the staff here and Ban Hock Hin, I would definitely recommend my friends who ride to come here and service their bike and get their bikes done here. I really appreciate the service which made me want to come back, they treated the consumer’s problem like it’s their problem hence they would put themselves in our shoes and understand from our point of view. To the boss that is reading this, your staff Jack is outstanding and really puts the himself in the consumer’s shoes.
