If you are reading this, you would have probably seen or will view the numerous positive encounters shared by others, and this review affirms that.  The team left a lasting impression in friendly, patient and attentive service when changing the bike tyre. This was experienced consistently from the various customer touch points throughout the entire process. Well done and Thanks to the team of Shi Wei, Eddie, Firdaus, Aizan and Tian Sih who have each in their own ways contributed to a wonderful and pleasant visit at Ban Hock Hin. Update: Called and visited BHH on NY's eve afternoon, despite this, was attended to patiently by Fion and Jack who were very prompt in response. At the workshop , Jack and KC were meticulous and skilled in their work, with a keen eye for detail.  The pride they have in their work is clearly evident, with the resulting outcome on my bike surpassing my expectations.   Kudos and Thank you!
